Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh (Chairman and Whole Time Director)
Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh is promoter and chairman & Whole-Time Director of JFIL and has been instrumental in driving the growth of the company since its inception and prior to this post, he held position of Chairman & Managing Director. He is a first generation entrepreneur with 35 years of vast experience in various businesses including money lending business. He started with a small spare parts shop in 1983 and subsequently over the years, shuffled between dealerships of Diesel Engines, MRF Tyres, New Holland Tractors, Force Motors, LML, etc. along with managing his Real Estate, Construction, Education, Fuel Stations and Hospitality businesses. During this period, he was also engaged into money lending and to take advantage of his two decades of experience in the industry, he decided to incorporate JFIL in 2003 to restructure his business and work in a more organized manner. He plays a key role in the corporate planning, marketing, and development of financial strategies of the company.
He is also member of the CSR Committee, Risk Management Committee in JFIL.
Mrs. Rekha Singh (Non-Executive Director)
Mrs. Rekha Singh, is a non-executive, non-independent Director on the Board of JFIL and She is a promoter cum shareholder of the company and also on the board of other group company of Ajay Group.
Mr. Siddharth Mathur (Non-Executive Independent Director)
Mr. Siddharth Mathur, holds degree of bachelor’s in commerce form University of Rajasthan and also has a diploma in Sales & Marketing, Since year 2002, he is running his own business in real estate sector therefore he has a rich experience in providing consultation in real estate sector.
Being an Independent Director, Mr. Siddharth Mathur is a member of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Brashbhan Singh Bhadoria (Non-Executive Independent Director)
Mr. Brashbhan Singh Bhadoria holds degree of bachelor’s in commerce form Bharkutullay University in Bhopal. He is running his own business and having experience of about 20 years in Marketing. He is also running a government petrol pump.
Mr. JITENDRA SINGH (Whole Time Director)
Mr. JITENDRA SINGH holds degree of bachelors and also has a diploma in Banking & Finance. He has rich experience in banking sector. Mr. JITENDRA SINGH has been associated with the company since 2004 and hold position of whole time director from June, 2022. He plays a key role in the financial strategies of the business.
Mr. BIJENDRA SINGH GURJAR (Whole Time Director)
Mr. BIJENDRA SINGH GURJAR holds degree of bachelors and also has a diploma in Banking & Finance. Mr. BIJENDRA SINGH GURJAR has been associated with the company since 2004 and hold position of whole time director from June, 2022. He plays a key role in the sales and marketing strategies of the business.
