Mr. Soni is a BSc. LLB & MBA by qualification. He has 28 years of experience in the industry working with companies like Laxmi Motor Credit and Mahindra Finance. Mr. Soni has been associated with the company since 2003 and hold position of CFO since June, 2019 and is a key figure responsible for the growth of the company.
Mr. GOPI LAL LOHAR
(Credit Head)
Mr. GOPI LAL LOHAR is a M.A & CAIIB by qualification. He has 43 years of experience in the banking industry working with Bank of Rajasthan, ICICI Bank. He is retired as a branch manager from ICICI Bank and he has 3 year experience as Credit Head in Metro city Finance Private Limited. Mr. GOPI LAL LOHAR has been associated with the company last three Years and hold position of Credit Head. He is overall responsible for the administration and direction of the credit department, credit management function an oversees the underwriting/credit control of all loan files. He also assists in the development of the new lending platform and stabilizing and updating all lending policies & guidelines.
Mr. Sanjay Garg

Mr. Garg is a B.Com & MBA by qualification and has a huge experience in advertising and journalism with Dainik Bhaskar Group. For more than two decades he was associated with Force Motors, responsible for Marketing. He has been with us for over a decade now and has played a vital role in the company’s development.
Mr. Kedar Kishore Paliwal

Mr. Paliwal is B.Sc., M.A., DLL and has 29 years of experience in Sales and Collection in Retail, CV & Tractor as well as SME sector and worked with Universal Supply Corporation, Tractor & Machinery Corporation, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd, Cholamandlam Investment & Financial Services. He is associated with of JFIL since 2017 and is acting as the Business Head at Rajasthan, M.P., U.P. and Delhi.

Mr.Lokhande has completed his post graduation in Science and has also done his M.B.A., having work experience of about 23 years.He has worked with 20th Century Kinetic Finance Ltd., Tata Motors Ltd., AU Financer’s (India) Limited. He is Business Head(Maharashtra).

Mr. Vishan, is a B.A., CPA., B.ed., MA. & MBA by qualification and has 9 years of experience in the industry and has worked with Ericson, and Au Financiers. He is associated with of JFIL since 2013.
